Women Development Cell - Guni Muis · html With reference to the guidelines of the University and keeping in view the needs of society, the Women Development Cell (WDC) has been constituted in our Institute to address issues related to girl students. The cell ensures a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all.
Girl students may approach the respective faculty members freely and without hesitation at any time. All matters are handled with sensitivity, confidentiality, and care.
Issues addressed by the Women Development Cell
- Sexual harassment and assault
- Depression, anxiety, or emotional distress
- Insulting or hurtful jokes, comments, or gestures
- Stalking
- Relationship violence
- Women health-related concerns
- Cyber misbehavior (emails, social networking platforms, etc.)
- Unwelcome phone calls or messages
