Dr. Nihalkumar Pravinbhai Patel is an Assistant Professor and the Ph.D. Coordinator for the Faculty of Science at Ganpat University, where he plays a key role in research administration and scholar development. He holds M.Sc., M.Phil., and Ph.D. degrees in Chemistry, with his research focusing on macromolecular and supramolecular receptors for analyte detection. Dr. Patel has published 20+ research articles, contributed to 2 books, authored a book chapter, and holds 1 research patent. He has guided 25+ M.Sc. students and is currently supervising 2 Ph.D. scholars. Skilled in analytical techniques such as UV–Visible spectroscopy and rotary evaporation, he actively contributes to departmental and university activities including ChemFest, National Science Day, Satarang Youth Fest, and GUNI SciTech Fest 2024. He is also a committed member of the N.S.S. Unit of FoS, serves on the NAAC Criteria 3 Research Committee, and is part of the MUIS Alumni Association (AAMUIS), while also organizing technical programs such as the “Hands-on Workshop on Docking.”
